CAS download instructions
Request the complete transaction history before preparing a portfolio report.
Request a Detailed CAMS CAS
Use an original CAMS statement. A holdings summary does not contain the transactions needed for historical performance analysis.
- Open the CAMS statement service.
- Choose Detailed → Specific Period.
Request 1 January 1990 to today. If the portal limits the range, choose its earliest available date. Do not select Summary.
- Include zero-balance folios.
Select “With zero balance folio” or the equivalent. This includes exited investments as well as current holdings.
- Use the investor’s registered email.
Enter the relevant investor’s PAN where required. The statement is delivered to the investor’s registered email address.
- Choose and retain the PDF password.
Complete the issuer’s security check. Keep the original PDF received by email; do not scan or reprint it. Never enter an email-account password in the reporting portal.
- Collect all family members’ statements.
Upload the PDFs together, with a separate PDF password for each file, to generate a consolidated family report.
Download and review a report
Open Reports, locate the Ready row, and select PDF or Excel. Read any coverage note before sharing. If your browser blocks a download, allow it for this portal and try the individual download button again. Error and review cases have no download actions.
